Fathers Day 2021 at Pawleys Island Post author:Admin Post published:June 22, 2021 Post category:Family & Parenting / Travel Started of the day with the kids under the Surf the Earth tent for a pow-wow and surf basics. Got a nice spot on the beach set up to watch Maddie’s 4th year of surf camp lessons. Maddie grabs a piece of wax to prep the surf board. Learning how to “pop UP!” and doing a little stretching before surfing. Maddie and I went on a lunch date to Big Tuna, her favorite! Meagan went to Anthropology in Myrtle Beach and Maddie and I went to Georgetown for the afternoon. We fed the alligator and turtles while we ate. Maddie wanted that boat that was named “The Office.” It did start to rain a little, but we still had a blast. All Maddie wanted was a plate of their fries! We came all this way for the Big Tuna’s fries. I got their seared tuna and blackened Grouper with creamy grits. Loved this red, white and blue planter basket on Front Street, Georgetown. We, of course, had to go to the Cat Cafe down the street. There were 12 cats there when we visited but this one really loved playing with Maddie!
