12/20/21 My Re-Reboot – Analysis of all areas of input into my life

  • Food:
    • letting bread, beans, rice and light cheeses back into my life;
    • taking out red meat. Only eating chicken and fish.
    • Still holding strong on no obvious sugars, no cake, candy or icecream
  • Drinking:
    • Still holding strong no alcohol and drugs
    • Cut out coffee this year, been without for about a year now. Keeping coffee out
    • I was drinking over a pot a day of the strongest coffee possible
    • Drinking a lot of hot tea these days

  • Recovery Meetings
    • Not going to 10am and 6pm daily. Just as needed. Also, I’m not going to be walking around the office or house with my airpod in when people are near. I don’t want to escape life by hiding in meetings.
  • Fitness
    • Holding strong with my 6am Body Pump classes 2 days a week.
    • Have a walk at least three days a week for 20 mins – added this in.
  • Finances
    • Currently making $76,400 per year working 40-45 hours per week at The Warren Group
    • More income must come in to meet my goals
    • Must create multiple streams of income over the next 12 months

      • Meeting each Wednesday and Saturday at 5:45am
