Thanks so much.  
We are meeting with a key trustee later today and I just want to be able to give him an idea of the possible scale of this, and let him know that the purpose of the first phase is, indeed, to test the business model, before seeing how it holds up when the operation is scaled.

Here are some preliminary business plan numbers for each phase of the hydroponic project. We looked at gross revenue projections for each phase.  The final projections will vary depending on plant selections

Projected Gross Revenue for Basil:

Phase one:          Two growing pods           @ $    150,000

Phase two:          7,000 SQFT Building        @ $ 3,000,000

Phase three:      25,000 SQFT Building      @ $ 12,000,000
