Hi MattI changed it around a bit for your consideration.  I calculated what I think is the future cash flow in to the consumer.  Then I took that total return and brought all of them back to a present value (PV) at a 6% discount rate.  Then I added all those up and looked at how much future cash flows exceeded initial cost. I think we need to add in the loan analysis too.  And I need you to clean it up with colors, headings etc.I still cant see how the savings should be on this income statement.Let me hear from you.John
