Moving forward…At a rapid pace… This looks so promising and fun, which is why I like to work…
Our last meeting/conversations with you, Kirby and me about H&A being the installation arm of Warren Solar is clearly our best move for Warren and H&A to move forward at a more profitable pace… There will be some growing pains, but it will be for both companies best interest..
What we have said and agree to is, using Shealy Energy for all materials needed, that the grand total of the job, approximately 50% is allocated towards materials and the balance be split between Warren solar and H&A.
This applies to all jobs that are sold by warren solar sales and development team…( at a fair market price) so all make money on each project..
If I (H&A) makes the sale as well, I feel I should be paid a sales commission as well.. Or 10% of warren solar’s part..
Thoughts and comment please.
Is this a fair deal, for now??

Hi Matt, I am happy to do anything that you want, and I have attached a .jpg showing what Frank’s edits will look like. However, if we make these changes to Frank’s card, his will be different than everyone else’s business card. Further more, I’m not crazy about his edits– as the person’s name and title are aligned left, and he wishes to have the phone number and email centered. It doesn’t look horrible, it’s just not the way I would design. It’s up to you!
Just let me know what you want to do. If we want to go with Frank’s version, I will send you over the file for print.

Enjoyed meeting the team…
Still not sure who is an investor/partner and who’s just sales…
Need to a list of there names and responsibilities…
Need the list of new prospects or in progress clients… I have 3 more to add to mine.
And email me the info on our meeting today…
I want to focus on sales, but not sure how much I/we can make…Next like to look at a small job to install…And sooner is better.
