Hi Susi,
Unfortunately both of my engineers had been rescheduled for this Friday.  I’m finding out their next availability and will reach back to you asap.
Thanks,Ellis

Good morning,

I did not mention anything yet about a ground mount; I was going to see what the engineer had to say after his site visit.

Ellis, do you know what time he has scheduled for his visits on Friday?

I am taking everything one step at a time, it is less confusing, and hopefully fewer setbacks.

Ellis did you say the ground mounts are the cheapest?

I am calling Synteen this morning, my contact has been suffering with a bad back and out of pocket for a month. Has anybody been able to look at this project?

Susi

Subject: Good morning Ellis

Hope you are doing well this morning. A few things on the list for today:

1) Please send a Strata sample leasing contract and sample purchase contract for me to study the ins and outs like we discussed.

2) Last week, when we talked about Wiser Financial, they only thought that they had about a week left in the ORS paperwork approval process. Any update on that?

3) Pricing out jobs for Warren Solar going forward, we would like for you guys to consider not including any of our commissions in the numbers that you send us. Please leave these out all together and we will “add on” what we feel or need to make the deal happen. I think this is the best way to move forward instead of having to go back and forth on each project (like we did yesterday on WPRawl….I said 6% and you said $.06???). You agree to give us your best price and we will take it from there.

From now on, including what you are about to send me for WPRawl, we would like Strata to send us the price per watt (site unseen, no interconnection upgrades, etc. of course), we will add our commission into our proposal spreadsheet and have initial meetings with the customer. As we get to the point of site surveys from the engineers and needing a final contract, we will simply tell you guys to add the commission into the contract to make them sync before sending them the Strata agreement. Hope this makes sense. I’m trying to streamline this and make it as easy as possible for everyone.

4) Please send the developer agreement for IHI and Warren Solar so we may be working on this.

5) I am sending back the NDA from IHI without the strikethroughs in it.

6) For Apex, we would like to take the full commission on Sumter and half on Lexington instead of the other way around. We think that they will go for both projects as one though, so it shouldn’t matter. We are thinking that Sumter is leaning toward the ground mount based on Susie’s conversations with Rick.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts or suggestions at our call at 9:15am.  Thanks!

Matt
