Billy, this is where your vendor relations job description comes into play. Please find out why Strata only put seven cents in there for our development fee on this project. I thought we made it very clear about the 6%. This is a job that Will Brennan and I were going to split the commission because Will is working for Al Saad and is doing the architecture work on this big project. He is asking me why the commission was cut.

Here’s the Woodside Mill Proposal. Slight adjustment in layout for minor shading concern from water tower. System size still up at 733.3 kW. Our great pricing is $1.75/w tax included. This makes it a good deal over the Hannah proposal while including a 7cent/w development fee for you =($51,331). We can talk it over tomorrow if you have any questions.
