Thank you for taking the time to speak to me again today and all of your time. I hope I answered your initial questions about solar energy to your satisfaction. Congratulations on taking the first step toward declaring your energy independence by going solar!
We are pleased to present you with this preliminary proposal (see attached PDF) based on the information we received from you when we last spoke. We are proposing to use a 39 panel portrait layout for your system. Looking at page 3, based on factoring in the additional SCE&G Bonus incentives at $0.04 kW/hr this project should cover more than 100% of your electricity bill when you sign up with us. That incentive will be paid back to you annually as a credit to your bill or cash payout so the SREC Incentive of $564 at end of the year will more than pay for your $248 remaining Post-Solar Electric Bill due. This proposal is for 39 panels producing a 11.11 kW system. It is important to note the final system design may vary from this preliminary estimate based on actual site conditions. We will work with you to create a custom solution based on several factors like tilt angle, orientation, shading, available mounting space, energy production requirements and budget.
