Recently in a strategic planning meeting, we were discussing that our homework was to think about and come up with a BHAG. A “Big Hairy Audacious Goal.” I wrote the chair of the meeting, Rick Parks of Bridgeway Group and told him that I had two BHAGs.
Brainstorming a few marketing activities:
- Connect with Clients directly via LinkedIn by writing individual messages using our template as a guide
- Writing thank you notes for cases
- Writing blogs
- Emailing previous clients checking with them
- Sending a recent blog that the expert wrote to a client via their email
- Call past clients to see how cases turned out, building relationships, and seeing if we can help them in any way
- Text past clients to get on a texting relationship with them
- Publish post and articles on LinkedIn
- Share Warren’s post that are on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Drop off first aid kit, tumbler, tape measure or printed Artifacts to client offices, asking to see them if they are available. Thanking them for their business
- Inviting clients to lunch
- Reworking old blogs to make current
