For prelim purposes I may take every $ column out except the final cost. 

The REAL number people care about is what $ amount do we put on a check if we write one today (or how much are we financing).

Yes I will work on a layout for the parking lot of 400 laurel with parking canopy. 

No the interest rate for commercial is around the 3-4%. It depends on each deal which rate what they will loan. We can talk financing and look at real options of you want.

Attached is the first draft of my very over-simplified summary for John and Steve.  I want to provide something quick and easy to read.  Big picture stuff.  The accountants can review the notebook. I may simply the spreadsheet even more.  Their prime concerns are how much will it cost, how much power we use now will switch to solar, and when’s it paying back.  I fear there will be a lack of enthusiasm for the properties with low % and long payback time.

Can you run hypothetical numbers for 400 Laurel, assuming we can cut down trees and put solar in the parking lots?  That 7% jumps right off the page in an unimpressive manner.

Is the interest rate to finance commercial projects the same as residential?

Since I know somebody will ask, can you run the numbers to put some panels on the ground at 161 Dozier and on the roof at 1712 Hampton to get us to 100% at those two properties?
