Attached is the first draft of my very over-simplified summary for John and Steve. I want to provide something quick and easy to read. Big picture stuff. The accountants can review the notebook. I may simply the spreadsheet even more. Their prime concerns are how much will it cost, how much power we use now will switch to solar, and when’s it paying back. I fear there will be a lack of enthusiasm for the properties with low % and long payback time.
Can you run hypothetical numbers for 400 Laurel, assuming we can cut down trees and put solar in the parking lots? That 7% jumps right off the page in an unimpressive manner.
Is the interest rate to finance commercial projects the same as residential?
