Matt,
As we discussed last week, I want to continue to circle around on your existing projects and make sure we continue to close the gap to get those to contract. I have listed the projects below and where I believe we are in the sales process.
Cutler Jewish Day School: Expecting IA any day with SCE&G. Where are we on ConserFund? I will begin to tee up Grayson or Darrell (both project managers) for a site visit over the next few weeks once we get the IA.
Beth Shalom: SLD has been requested. Anything else needed such as POI? Elizabeth may have it all.
Columbia Storage (Ryan Hyler): Expect discussion with Ryan on financials that he should receive any day. SLDs have been requested for SCE&G Application. Elizabeth should have everything.
Lexington 4 Schools: Great News here. Beginning to prepare applications. Goal to have everything to you for signatures over the next couple of days. End of week at latest. You will need to get POI forms for each school.
Cheraw Healthcare: SLD should come through anyday and we are ready for submittal of application. Have you gotten Elizabeth POI and W-9?
Century Plaza: ?
Aflac and TD Bank: I feel like these are on the verge with these parking decks and rooftops. I know you got Foster in your pocket. I want to get this one to application. That canopy on the Aflac garage will sell it itself over and over from visibility.
The next few fall in the same category of needing to get to application status/meet. I am available at anytime to join in meetings to help get us to that stage. If any of these projects fall on me from a layout or quote/site visit scenario, let me know.
