Hey Matt,
Looks like we would basically just pick specific loads to cover. Trying to set on a timer would be pretty difficult to make work the way we would want it to. Essentially we would just figure out his budget and then we would design as big a system as we could with that and use it to run as large a percentage of his property that we could. If you can come up with a budget $ amount I will design as large a system as possible and will then determine how much of his property we could power with it.
