This was from a neat webinar that I watched June 23rd, 2020. I was put on by the NASA Technology Transfer Program. They were discussing how the variety Red Robin Tomatoes grow the best in space. Their height is minimal and their tomatoes looked to me to be about the size of a golf ball. Their designs for space could be use in commercial operations too.
