You are good to just sign it. Date is not a big deal. Thanks Leigh

I received your voice mail re that shading isn’t currently a problem on my roof.

Does Vision Solar wish to resend the documents with today’s date, or is it ok to sign the original set?

The loan documents were 30+ pages so I took them home over the weekend to review.  I have a few questions and comments.  Please forward to your contact at the loan company if needed.  Their email seemed to come from a document generator, not a specific person.

1.  Vision Solar Agreement

I would like a copy of the project drawings.

I will request a COI via the email in the document when the contract is executed.

2.  Payment Election

I don’t autodraft anything directly from my checking account (prechecked in Option 1) and

prefer instead to set up recurring payment from a credit card. Is that a problem?

3.  Loan Agreements

I guess I spaced out the fact there would be two loans.  Hopefully the tax refunds will cover the 18 month loan.

4.  Credit Union Membership

I also didn’t realized a credit union account was involved.  I assume that is for the purpose of the loan only, and

no checking or other accounts need to be opened.  Please advise if that is not correct.

Also, can you send me a copy of the warranty info and maintenance guidelines?

Thanks, Matt!

The survey guy said everything looked good.  What do we do next?

My boyfriend’s sister, Natalie Mudd, is interested in solar also—possibly for both home and work.  She owns Swift Water Beads on Rosewood.

Hi Leigh,

Please take a look at this preliminary solar design for your home. I am really excited about this one! 100% of your power will be solar. There might be a little shading in a few spots that we will look into further when we send the site surveyed to take actual measurements. Looking forward to discussing further.

Would you be able to get Steve together first of next week to go over the other projects? Tuesday afternoon work for you? Thanks!

The Proposal for Leigh Gunter is attached in this email.

►23 Panel System.

►6.44 kW system size.

►100% Electrical Usage Offset.

This system will be using SILFAB 280 panels with Enphase M215 micro-inverters. There may be a need for a MSP upgrade.

This design is subject to change due to excessive shading.
If you have any questions or concerns please reply to this email.
