I thought it was interesting that our Zillow home value went down by $2,500 today because this house sold recently for $152 / SF.
Our home is valued at $192 per SF but because this one sold at $152 per SF, it lowered ours down to $191 per SF. Not a big deal, just thought it was interesting how their values fluctuate based on recent sales in the area. Pretty cool actually.
