Moved per your request.  See attached datsheet for SMA Tripower Inverters.  Dimensions are about half-way down the specs.  Inverter is approx 2′ x 2′ x 10″.  Kyle BensonDesign Technician, Market DevelopmentHannah Solar, LLC

Elizabeth, I met with Printgear today; that is all 1 building. They want the system to be at the other end where the roof is in need of repair. They want to incorporate the cost of fixing their roof into the cost of the system to take advantage of the tax credits. Could you move the system to that side,. Please. I also need pictures of what the inverters will look like and where they would go. They would also like some references of businesses with this size system they could call.

Thanks for everything,

Susi

I’ve resaved the 71.6kW system – hopefully you can open this file. We will need to double check if this system will be allowed for interconnection to SCE&G. They are limited by their peak demand which was not shown on the July powerbill you provided. The current system produces approximately 101.5 GWh annually. This exceeds your estimated production. My concern also lies in that the month of July was the highest month of production at 9,200kWh so it is possible we will need to lower the system by 10/20kW.

Susan,

Please find attached two designs for Printgear – 71.6kW and 122.8kW. When I went into HelioScope there were two system sizes so I was unsure what our constraint was.

This roof looks to be a standing seam flat metal roof. The racking system we use on this type of roof is the Schletter FixZ with S-5 clamps (attached spec sheet for reference). We are able to do either 7 or 15 degree pitch – I have done 7 for this design.

The azimuth of the array should always line up with to the SE or SW side of the building. SW in this case as the metal seam is running in that direction.

I created keepouts around the skylights I could see, there may be a few more but that will come with final design once contracted.

Call to discuss if you need me to explain.

Thanks,

Elizabeth Davis
