Hi Mark and Kyle,
Please add an additional section of roofmount for River Rat Brewery. They had an additional section added on that would be a 27 x 80 foot rectangle in the back. It won’t show up on the map, but please lay it out.
Also, Saad & Manos office layout to please. You can fill the whole strip mall.
Thanks

avg annual kwh is 186,396
on this design do I use 32.01mwh x 1000 = 32,010 /186,396 = 17%
or is it 1518.5 kwh/kwp x 1000 +151,850/186,396 + 81.5%

Subject: Fwd: River Rat Do you remember if they said that they had three phase power? Let me show you how to put this in the proposal spreadsheet. in order to figure how much this offset their power, we need to add up the powerbill kWh and divide it by the annual production on this helioscope design.
This one looks pretty cool. Let set it up for next week and I can come with you.

This layout is from Kyles email. Proposal numbers need to be as follows:
SCE&G BCA rate of $.20. We will keep AC under 20
Use $.14 as rate after year 10, can put escalator is needed.
Price at $2.85 for now. I assume they have 3 phase power. If they do then we can drop that 10 cents or so. If single phase, the single phase inverters cost more/watt.
