I left you a message about calculations for the Fed Tax Credits for the Florence buildings. For my little quick and dirty spreadsheet, I assumed the 30% would be taken off Total Installed Cost minus Duke Rebate, but that doesn’t seem to be how your Cost Recovery and Cash Flow pages are calculating. What’s the formula?
Similarly, I assumed the SC Credit would be off Total Installed minus Rebate.
Let me know what I’m doing wrong. Thanks, Matt!

I’m doing a spreadsheet to give John and Steve a very general overview of the solar proposals before we wade deeper into the numbers, and I have a question about 1712. There are two proposals in the binder—one for 43.5% roof and one for 80.3% parking lot—but I thought that you later came up with a plan to get 100% parking lot. I could be wrong because I can’t find an email or hard copy. Can you jog my memory? Maybe I’m conflating another building….
