W3 really need to know the consumption so we can run the financials. Do you know the name of the SCE&G Account manager for Hammond, if not can you get it so we can talk with him and get the information we need?

Dave.

I do not have hammond’s usage. They contacted SCE&G but I never received the usage. We know that they have about 24 meters. We just picked the roof surfaces that looked the best for solar and laid them out. I didn’t press the issue about getting usage from SCE&G because at the time, we really didn’t have a solution.

I just spoke with Mark and he said that since Hammond is a large system, we could present the same presentation as Lex 4, under the assumption that they could be grouped together but that it was too small to stand alone with that financing company.

He also said that Heathwood’s long run (extra cost) would not make the project financeable like Lex 4. He suggested that we look at presenting the ownership model with Conserfund.

Matt,

Do you have the size of the solar field without any roof top production? I am also looking for Heathwood’s kWh usage for the last 12 months if you have that will you please send it to me?

Thanks,

Dave.

Absolutely. Thanks Dave. I do not expect Mark to have this information next week, but I was trying to push for it.

Mark,

We are ready to present the same model as Lex 4 to Heathwood and Hammond. I know the issue at Heathwood is the long run from the back field to the transformer at year 11. We want to know what Hannah would charge for that so that we may factor it in to the project. We will not present the small buildings that are covered in shade.

With Hammond, please work up the spreadsheet and proposal for their buildings. I will see if we can get a meeting with them next week.

Thanks!

Matt
