Hey Mark,
Good morning. I thought it would help today if we worked down this list in priority order.
1) Ryan would really like to get the contracts signed and finalized this week. You mentioned that you guys were looking for multiple contracts. Maybe just getting him one would suffice. This is by far the highest priority this week for me.
2) Please send the excel spreadsheet that you said you had for Duke. I really need to make contact with Kevin this morning.
3) Heathwood Layout
3) What did you find out about the Palmetto Brick sales tax exemption?
4) From Bryce:      -4 Lex 4 School leases showing only $50,000 savings (possible meeting tomorrow, he is booked next week)      -Heathwood Lease     -100kw, 500kw, 1 MW leasing models for Duke and SCE&G territories;      -Michelin’s rooftop lease showing BCA at $.14 and buying power at $.047     -Tony Rucker Chicken House Leasing showing 313kw DC system; 8 houses between 2 meters; paying .128010 for the first 3000kWh, then $.118630 for everything after that. Simple roof mount system      -Dept of Ag lease and layout for the two buildings     5) Business card template for me and my guys
6) A few Hannah solar shirts, folders, 5 hardback books (will pay),
7) Agreement between Matt & Hannah; Leasing commission structure, payment terms, ownership commission as it relates to the price per watt tiers,
8) The ability to be as self sufficient as possible. Would like to be able to do preliminary designs on Heiloscope, use the preliminary proposal template, fill out intake forms and do site surveys, acquire and send off to the bank all necessary documents for companies that need financing.
9) May we work toward the agreements and interconnection paperwork to be in Docusign? Have you guys ever done this?
10) Bubba Creech- 28.8 kW roof mount on business + 2 residential ground mounts ~20kW each installed side by side. He wants to finance all of them together. So 68.8kW financed. Lets discuss details
Thanks. Lets do lunch if you are going to be in town.
