I haven’t seen this one before. I’ll add it to my collection. My parents received this notice this week. They live in Irmo near Pine Island (and have a lot of trees- enough that a cable satellite company wouldn’t install because they couldn’t get a signal). My mom said this half a sheet of paper was left under the flag on everyone’s mailbox on the street. I bet they’ll be getting a knock on the door this week. :/
