ACA Meditation

A beautiful ACA meditation that has been really powerful for me:
– Envision a beautiful beach at sunset and a pile of beautiful warm, cozy blankets. By the lapping waves – a row of comfortable chairs facing the sunset and the water. 
– one by one let all the caregivers and controversial people, the abusers, the partners, the people we hold resentments for, the qualifiers even: Let each walk on to the beach, one at a time. 
– welcome each of them individually – without words – and hug them. 
– wrap each one in warm blanket and note the relief on their faces and the gratitude for your mercy and care
– walk each one, one by one to a chair facing the water. 
– repeat as many times as needed and for whoever appears.   
– take a long moment at the end to look at all of them facing the beautiful ocean with their backs turned to you, knowing they are warm and safe and grateful for your mercy. 
This can be done with inner children too…–
