Closure on Dead Prospective

Closure on Dead Prospective

Recently, we were called to provide a roof estimate. The client had an older room on 5 very large commercial multifamily housing buildings. We provided him with an estimate of $13,000 because we were going to have to rent a lift and spend a lot of time analyzing this roof.

A few days went by and he is not responding to text or calling George back. It has now been over two weeks and I recommended to George that he go for the “No”. I suggested that if he is not emailing or calling you back, why don’t you send an email saying basically that “I love you, but its over.” We are closing this file and shutting down the estimate. This is what we came up with and I love it.
