What they are saying is below 50k is min doc.  We could do 40 -45 and be in same category.   Oct start does not matter as does not have a history.

What about less than $50,000? What if we told them we have been in business since October?

Matt,

List you sent me has 12k on it already., Say 18-25 k for Admin and then another 20k to be a “draw” for new Sales Rep.  that is what I am thinking

First Community. I have already spoke to Drew Painter – VP and not a lot of great options. But obviously Mike would have a little more pull – but hands could be tied as well.   Not a leverage typically.

If we do the LOC with NBSC – they would want your business account with them. But personal could be somewhere else – which I would still recommend First Community

Patricia Junqueira pjunqueira@FirstCommunitySC.com is the POC for Banking to get you setup with accounts.

Why don’t you see what the options are with Mike and then if we do not like  or wont work – pursue NBSC for LOC

Well, I’m thinking a 25,000-$50,000 line of credit – At least to help me bridge the gap for now. Where he said “years in business”….would 10 months fly?

If you are calling on First Community bank, I know Mike Crapps and his son Manning. Doubt it would help, but we would be interested in moving ALL of our banking accounts to them. Maybe we could use that as leverage.?

But you need 50k for the consolidation and then draws or admin assistance, right?

Required documentation from the borrower will consist of only basic identification information such as name, address, phone number, Tax I.D., gross annual revenues/sales, business type, and number of years in business. The Bank will not obtain financial data, such as personal or business tax returns or personal financial statements.

Maybe the wedding planning business should be the borrower for the short term?
